The names of my pottery business come from the fact that I believe pottery is a business that should be left to the people who make it. The potters themselves are a small group of people who make a living from the art of pottery, and I am happy for them to continue to do so.
I’m not entirely sure where this idea of pottery being a business comes from, but it’s not as though I’m the only one who thinks this way. I recently had a conversation about the potter’s guild at the National Gallery of Art. There, a potter’s guild was formed to ensure that the guilds were in competition, and that they competed fairly.
The potters guild at the National Gallery of Art is run by the society of potters, or pottery businesses. The reason one can get so much money from these guilds is because they are the owners of hundreds of kilns, all of which are owned by the guild. The potters guilds are all relatively equal, with no one in the society owning the largest kiln or the most of the pottery in the society.
The potters guilds also seem to have some sort of “expertise” on the type of clay they want to use. But even if they have some expertise, how do they know which clay the best type of clay for a given task is? They don’t buy clay from a kiln or use it in any way, they just know which kinds of clay are useful in the task.
This is similar to the pottery business when you are buying and selling in a retail establishment in your community. People buy/sell in the store for a certain price and then the store can make money by selling the pottery to other businesses.
It’s the same for us. Most pottery businesses are just doing business. They sell their wares because they want to. They may not buy a kiln or use a kiln in any way, but they know what kinds of clay are useful in a given task.
The pottery business is a good example of the kinds of businesses that have found themselves in the news recently. When you buy pottery you are buying the pottery. You are buying the pottery, and the pottery is really the business in its own right. Pottery isn’t just sold to other businesses. It’s the pottery that people make and use. It’s the pottery that people put on their mantles and their walls.
We think a kiln is a good example because that word has specific meanings in the pottery industry. The kiln is the part of a pottery machine that heats the clay. The kiln is the part of a pottery machine that cools the clay. The kiln is the part of a pottery machine that shapes the clay into a pot. The kiln is the part of a pottery machine that measures the clay.

In the pottery industry, the kiln is known as a “potter.” A potter is an artisan who makes and shapes pottery (or other objects) in a kiln. The potter is someone who is an expert at making objects with clay. In the pottery world, you can work as a potter yourself or you can apprentice. You can work in the kiln, or in the shop, or at home.
