I really love this book. It’s called “The 3 Levels of Self-Awareness” and it really shows the power of each level of awareness in the process of waking up. It’s a great book and I highly recommend it.

I am always drawn to books that discuss the psychology of people who wake up, and The 3 Levels of Self-Awareness is the perfect example. First levels of self awareness are like, “Oh, it’s still really dark in here.” You can try to do light exercises, but you can’t really get a lot of light in there.

The second level of awareness is what psychologists call “cognitive closure” which is basically just the ability to make a decision. You can’t really have something if you can’t make it. So, with cognitive closure a decision is made and then a decision is made about something else. Its like saying if I have to decide right now whether I go to sleep or stay awake, I don’t really know what I’m going to do.

Cognitive closure is not just about the ability to decide. If you want to actually get something done, you need to be able to actually take action. If you cant take action, then your actions won’t actually matter. Cognitive closure is the ability to make the decision, to actually take action, so your actions matter.

In fact, cognitive closure is a big part of why we humans are so great. We can make decisions and take action if we want to, but without the ability to do so, we can’t really take action. It’s a bit like saying, “I wont do this because I dont have any money.” But without all the money in the world, your “choice” to not do something is just a choice.

Cognitive closure is the ability to make the decision, to actually take action, so your actions matter. In the words of author David Foster Wallace: “You can’t make a choice if you don’t have a choice.” It’s the ability to make a choice, to actually take action, to make it stick.

If you can, you can take a decision about what to do and what not to do. A decision about what to do is just like the decision about what the price of a car is. You can find a specific price, and thereby make a decision whether you would buy a car again. Its a choice to make.

A decision to make is something that is much easier for us to do, but it is not easy for us to make. In fact, I think that most of us are actually more like a “tinker” than a “can-do” type of person. We want to do something, but we don’t want to do it right away. To make a decision, you need to put your energy into it.

It’s important to make a decision about how much time you spend on your car. As with everything, you need to make a decision about the price you want to spend. This is a very interesting thing to watch, and I can’t wait to see how this whole thing plays out. It’s kind of like a game of chess, only with a lot more time to work with.
