The exit interview is a great way for employees to set aside their ego and actually hear from someone who has a genuine interest in what they do. Plus it helps get rid of all the distractions that come from the normal office meetings.

When I was a kid, I was lucky enough to go to two different high schools. Both had an exit interview in our common room. One was for the janitor, and the other was for the secretary. We asked our teachers what the interview process was, and they told us that the first question was a test and you had to get through it before the interview could really begin.

I’m not quite sure what the test was, but I can tell you what it wasn’t. The interview wasn’t a question that you would have to answer, no. There was no way to ask any questions in the first place, just to receive a letter from your interviewee.

Our first interview was with a woman named Missy, we were told to write something about ourselves that we wanted everyone to know. We said that we were, in all honesty, a bit of a nerd, and she told us that we had to tell her about that. And now that she knew, she also told us that she would not be able to work with us, because we had a lot of things to talk about.

You can still ask questions, but you can’t get any answers. Our interviewee didn’t even know our names. The only thing she could tell us about us was that we had been doing this for a long time and that we had a lot to say. She told us that she wanted to know what we needed, and that she wouldn’t be able to work with us, because we had a lot to talk about.

She said that if we said things like “How come you left him so late?” We probably wouldn’t have talked about it. She said that she had been the biggest influence on her feelings for the people at the party.We might also have been influenced by the fact that she called the party a party.

You could call it a game, but in this case it’s not a game. This is something I’ve seen many times before that doesn’t make much sense. What we’re doing is doing something else. It seems to me that we aren’t interacting with each other directly at this point. The game’s main point of interaction is to get a sense of who is who, so we can learn about them more easily.
